Institute of Rural Management (IRM) is the foremost training facility in the not-for-profit sector, conducting up to 600 different types of training with a turnout of over 60,000 trainees. Over the last two decades IRM has been directly responsible for building the capacity of development professionals and communities across Pakistan, as well as developing a pool of trainers to meet the specific needs of NRSP, other partners, projects and communities. IRM is an ISO 9001:2008 certified entity. IRM has highly organized internal controls of transparent and accountable systems in place which include financial procedures, staff services, gender policy as well as administrative processes.
Center for Executive Education CEE is one of the running programmes of IRM and all the academic programmes offered by CEE are tailored for a diversified audience of executives, business leaders and functional managers in order to increase their employee´s efficiency, management and organizational capabilities by developing their new knowledge, skills and attitudes. Mid level professionals as well as aspirant students are also catered by CEE as our programmes offer excellent blend of skills, practical knowledge and best practices. Three of our programmes: diploma in project management, diploma in NGO leadership & management and diploma in human resource management are in collaboration with Iqra University, Islamabad.
